Whirl Girl Mika Sha’
This week’s WHIRL GIRL PLUS! is Mika Sha’. She typifies what the Evening Whirl sees as a rising super-star. The petite St. Louisan is making noise all over the country.
Recently, she was featured in two top magazines—King and XXL.
A communications graduate from Lindenwood University, she excels in her endeavors to not only become a top fashion model, but a businesswoman as well.
Recently, Mika Sha’ introduced her first business venture—a full-color calendar. From the shots the Evening Whirl viewed, she has a winner on her hands. (To purchase or for information go to: mikashay.net/store.)
The mother of a son, which she dotingly shares time with, she readily explains that motherhood is just as important to her as her career and business pursuits.
The stunningly attractive Mika Sha’ is the product of a loving and caring family having grown up with both parents, a brother and two sisters. Her father, who holds a degree in business, is Mika’s inspiration for success. She says she had considered a business degree, but switch to communications as a means of fulfill her dream of becoming a top model.
Mika—the real deal—says that there are plenty of women (in St. Louis) who claim to be models but only a select few actually have the credentials to substantiate their claim.
Mika’s path to her current successes was not all a bowl of cherries. She was rebuked in her attempt in 2007 to become a calendar model. But, this didn’t dampen her spirit.
A slim, but attractive 20something, in 2008, she bulked up on a secret diet giving her a statuesque physique that she proudly displays.

Says Mika: The game is far from local and there is a lot of money to be made if you know how to play. Girls who try to sleep their way to the top are marked early and have little long-term success. She believes that because she set her parameters early and made it clear she was there to work and not play is why she is winning.
And, that’s why The Evening Whirl is proud to featured Mika Sha’ as the inaugural model-businessperson in the first installment of WHIRL GIRL PLUS!
